您好！
中小企业是亚太经合组织（APEC）地区经济增长与创新的重要引擎。2003年，APEC中小企业服务联盟（以下简称“联盟”）正式成立，为各经济体中小企业服务机构搭建了加强合作、共享资源、促进沟通、交流经验的重要平台。多年来，在联盟成员的鼎力支持与积极参与下，有力推动了亚太地区中小企业服务体系建设与务实合作。
根据《APEC中小企业服务联盟职权范围（2025—2028）》文件，联盟拟进一步扩充成员、提升服务能力，为中小企业提供更加多元化的支持与服务。现诚邀贵方或推荐相关机构加入联盟。成员主体包括：高校及科研院所、国际化智库、中小企业专业服务机构、商会及行业组织、孵化器、加速器、产业集群/园区，以及其他致力于促进中小企业发展且具有一定影响力的机构。
请填写《联盟成员申请表》（详见附件1）并将材料发送至邮箱：smeglobal@163.com。期待您的积极参与，共同携手拓展区域合作网络，推动亚太地区中小企业繁荣发展。

Invitation Letter on the Membership of the APEC SME Service Alliance
Dear Sir/Madam,
Warm greetings from China Centre for Promotion of SME Development.
Nowadays, SMEs can be seen as engines of growth and innovation in the APEC region. In 2003, the APEC SME Service Alliance (hereinafter referred to as APEC SMESA) was formally established. It serves as a platform to strengthen cooperation, share resources, facilitate communication and exchange experience among SME service organizations within APEC economies. With the support and participation of members over the years, the APEC SMESA has effectively promoted the development of SME service systems and practical cooperation across the Asia-Pacific region.
Under the guidance of APEC SMESA Terms of Reference (2025-2028), we plan to further expand the APEC SMESA’s membership and enhance service capacity, as well as deliver multi-dimensional support among SMEs. Therefore, we sincerely invite you to join or recommend the APEC SMESA, and entities may include as follow: Universities or Research Institutions; Chambers of Commerce; International Think Tanks; Service Institutions Focused on SMEs; Industrial Organizations; Professional Service Providers; Incubators, Accelerators and Industrial Clusters or Parks; and relevant entities committed to the development of SMEs with influence.
We kindly invite you to join or recommend the suitable organizations to complete the attached Application Form (see Annex Ⅰ), and submit documents to smeglobal@163.com. We look forward to your positive involvement, as this will expand your regional network and partnership while jointly contributing to future development of SMEs in the Asia-Pacific region.
