本届论坛以“扩大开放合作 携手发展共赢”为主题，邀请中国和中东欧国家相关领导、地方代表、商协会、高校、科研机构、企业代表等参加。通过组织论坛、洽谈、展览等系列活动，汇聚资源要素，促进经贸合作，打造中国与中东欧国家中小企业交流合作的重要平台。期间将提供全方位的参观考察、政策咨询、合作对接等相关服务。

Welcome to the 5th China-CEEC (Cangzhou) SME Cooperation Forum
In order to deeply promote exchanges and cooperation in multiple fields between China and Central and Eastern European countries, the 5th China-CEEC (Cangzhou) SME Cooperation Forum co-organized by China Centre for Promotion of SME Development of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, Industry and Information Technology Department of Hebei Province, Foreign Affairs Office of the People's Government of Hebei Province and the People's Government of Cangzhou City, is scheduled to be held during November 13-14, 2023, in Cangzhou City, Hebei Province, China. The forum is co-hosted by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology of PRC and the People’s Government of Hebei Province.
With the theme of “Expanding openness and cooperation for win-win development”, the forum will invite relevant leaders, local authorities, chambers of commerce, universities, scientific research institutions, entrepreneurs from China and CEE countries. A series of activities including seminars, docking negotiations, project signing and innovation achievement exhibitions will be organized to gather resources, promote economic and trade cooperation, and to build an important platform for expanding cooperation or SMEs between China and CEEs.
